Creamy Stir-Fry

1 1/2 cups frozen stir-fry veggies
(California blend has 4 carbs per 2/3 cup)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon favorite seasonings
soy sauce
Stir-fry vegetables to desired end with a few squirts of soy
sauce. Place sour cream in a bowl. Add 1/4 tsp of favorite
seasonings to sour cream (mine is curry). Add cooked vegetables
to sour cream mixture and stir until all vegetables are coated.
