Cauliflower Side Dish

1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon hidden valley ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
butter
OK, who are we kidding? Cauliflower tastes NOTHING like
mashed potatoes. But here's a cauliflower dish that's
pretty darn good.
Cook cauliflower till soft. Mash. Drain as much water as
you can (I squeeze mine in a cheese cloth). Mix with other
ingredients. Top with pats of butter. Bake uncovered at
350 degrees for one hour.
