Creamed Spinach

10 ounces spinach -- fozen, chopped
4 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper -- to taste
Put spinach in about 1/2 cup
water and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 2 minutes, then
drain well.
Melt butter in skillet and add cream and seasonings. Bring to
a simmer, then add drained spinach.
Cook until thickened -about 1 minute. Makes 3-4 servings.
