Cheesy Artichokes

14 ounces artichoke hearts --
1 14 oz can - usually 6 - 8 per can
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese -- or romano
Paprika
chopped parsley
Thoroughly drain artichokes and
pat dry on a paper towel. Cut eachinto
quarters. Arrange artichokes in an 8-inch round baking dish.Combine
mayo, mozzarella and hard cheese (Parm or Romano).
Spread overartichokes. Sprinkle w/paprika. Bake at 325 for 15
to 18
minutes untiledges are brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
