Cheesy Zucchini Shreds

2 cups zucchini -- shredded
2 ounces cream cheese -- cut into small cubes
1/4 cup cream
1 each salt and pepper -- to tase
2 tablespoons butter
Melt butter in a skillet and
toss in shredded zucchini. Saute for 1
minute, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and let melt and
warm through.
Stir well. Shred zucchini useing a vegetable peeler or mandolin.
