Cheese Sauce for Vegetables

1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- or any flavor
Melt it slowly while stirring in a small non-stick saucepan until
heated through. Add fresh ground pepper if you'd like.
