Barbecue Sauce - Tangy/Sweet

1/2 cup water
6 ounces tomato paste
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup butter -- salted
1 dash Cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons brown Sugar Twin
1 dash salt (optional - not necessary if using
salted butter)

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.

Can be used as a basting sauce, or served as a side sauce with ribs, burgers, etc...

Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups of sauce.
