2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon artificial sweetener
1/4 teaspoon vanilla -- or maple flavoring
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons soy flour

Beat first 8 ingredients with a whisk or hand mixer in a small bowl
until blended:
Beat in soy flour until there are no lumps:
Heat a non-stick skillet brushed with oil. Drop pancake batter (one
pancake at a time) and bake until golden on both sides. Batter is thin,
so make sure your pan is level so that batter doesn't spread unevenly.
Serve with butter and Davinci Sugar Free Syrup.
