Cheese Fondue Dip

2 tablespoons butter
3 cups processed American cheese -- sharp, about 8 ounces
4 drops tabasco sauce -- (4. to 5)
1/3 cup dry white wine
Heat butter in a saucepan over
low heat until melted. Stir in cheese gradually until melted.
Add pepper sauce; stir in wine slowly. Heat, stirring constantly
until hot. Pour into ceramic fondue pot or chafing
dish; keep warm. Dip and swirl away to your hearts content!
