Cinnamon-Splenda Pecans

1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon cinnamon -- to taste
1 dash nutmeg
3/4 cup splend a
2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
Mix all together til pecans are well coated, toast at 375 on oiled
cookie sheet until coating is dry and shiny (6-8 minutes).
Great for a snack or even gift-giving!
You could use other flavors of syrups, too. I think orange might be
really nice.
