Cheese Sticks 2

8 ounces gouda cheese -- or any
semi-soft cheese
1 egg -- beaten
crushed pork rinds
butter -- for frying
Cut cheese into eight even sticks.
Dip in egg and coat well with pork
rinds. Cook in melted butter in small skillet over med-low heat
until cheese
is soft and browned on all sides.
