Chili Cream Cheese Dip

16 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
1 small can diced green chilies
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
red pepper to taste
blend together and serve cold
great with celery or spread over lunchmeat and rolled up.
