Cat's Ham Spread

8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup vidalia onion -- finely minced
1/4 pound virginia baked ham -- (shaved) chopped
(can get this in the deli)
Whip together cheese and onion
in mixer. Add the ham and mix with a
wooden spoon until ham is distributed throughout the cheese.
This is GREAT for
using as a spread on Breton Mini's crackers, in celery, thinly
on a
piece of romaine... anywhere you would put a cheese spread! Enjoy!
