Baked Crab Spread

1 3/4 cups crabmeat
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper -- or white
Combine all ingredients in a
medium bowl; mix well. Spoon mixture into
a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
Serve
dip. Use pork rinds or tofu crackers to dip with
