Alfredo Sauce from Carraba's

2 cups heavy cream
black pepper -- (or white)
2 tablespoons garlic -- (or to preference)
1 small container romano cheese
butter
Sautee' garlic w/ just enough
butter so that it won't stick to the pan.
Once it's browned a bit, put in medium sized saucepan. Reduce
heat to
medium and pour in cream. When it starts to get hot, add black
pepper.
Add romano cheese to thickness desired. Let simmer until it gets
to
the thickness you like. Serve over chicken.
