White Chili

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast -- cut into 1" cubes
2 tablespoons chopped onion
garlic powder
oil
1 can green beans -- drained
1 can chicken broth
1 small can diced green chilies
salt and pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
shredded cheese (optional)
Saute chicken in oil with the onion and garlic powder
until done. Add green beans, broth, chilies, salt &
pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer
uncovered for 30 min. Remove from heat and add the sour
cream and heavy cream. Mix well. Sprinke with shredded
cheese if desired.
