Lemon Chicken Soup

2 cans chicken broth (low-sodium is preferred)
1/4 chopped onion
chopped celery
1 cup cooked chicken (cut up)
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
lemon seasoning (lemon grass -- lemon pepper, etc)
Heat the broth and veggies til boiling. Mix eggs in bowl and add to
broth. Continue boiling lightly til eggs are done - you will see
the whites.
Lower temperature and add cream & seasoning. Heat back up, but don't
boil. Serve immedately!
