Ground Beef and Veggie Soup

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans diced tomatoes -- in their own juice
3 ounces tomato paste
3 cans beef broth
3 cans water
2 zucchini -- diced
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can green beans -- optional
l. Brown ground beef and drain grease well. Add everything
except green beans and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Add
the green beans and heat through.
2. This is heartier than a regular soup - more like a stew.
