Easy Cheesy Broccoli Soup

2 cups Frozen Broccoli
3/4 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/3 cup cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- finely shredded
Put water, broccoli and boullion cube in pan. Cook until broccoli is
soft. Pour into blender and blend until smooth. Add cream. Pour back
into pan and return to heat. Add cheese, stir until melted. You can
continue to add cream until it is at a consistency you like, this
seems to work best for me. The broccoli should boil, for at least 5
minutes or until half the liquid is evaporated.
