Chinese Soup

Recipe By: Beachgirl
Categories: Soups

1 can chicken broth
2/3 cup mixed chinese veggies (these come canned
together)
2 eggs -- mixed
2 thin pork chops -- julianned
sesame oil (the darker is better -- more flavor)
soy sauce to taste
salt
black pepper
hot pepper flakes (optional)

Saute the pork strips in a little sesame oil and remove from suace pan. Add broth and soy sauce to pan and bring to boil. Drizzle eggs in, they will cook instantly, forming ribbons. Add the veggies, salt and black and hot peppers. I sometimes add a little more sesame oil on top for flavor. This soup is super quick and tastes just as good as any I've ever had out. It's just as good without the pork, too.

Great for a quick lunch, when you're sick or as part of a dinner menu!
