Fast Chicken Vegetable
Soup

1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup cooked chicken -- diced or shredded
1 cup water
1 stalk celery -- cut diagonally
1 tablespoon diced onion
3 each mushroom -- sliced thin
3 each asparagus spears -- cut into 1" pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce -- optional
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Bring water to a simmer and add
everything but the broth. Let simmer 5
minutes(adding more water as needed) or until vegetables start
to
soften a bit. Add broth and heat through. Serve hot.
