Grilled Marinated Swordfish Steak

1 stick butter -- melted
1 - 2 tablespoon soy sauce -- depending on taste
garlic powder to taste
swordfish steaks (will marinade up to 2.5 pounds)
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, and soy sauce. In a
baking pan or dish; pour a small amount of marinade to
cover the bottom. Remove skin from fish. Set swordfish
steaks on marinade. Pour remaining marinade over fish.
Let sit 10 minutes. Turn over and Repeat. If using a microwave
safe dish; you can microwave 1 minute for each side to help
speed up marinating. Grill until meat becomes tender and cuts
easily with a fork.
