Scallops and Snow Peas

1 pound shrimp -- peeled and
1 pound scallops
2 cups snow peas -- cleaned
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- optional
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper -- each
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- optional
Toss shrimp with seasonings.
Heat oil in a large skillet and stir fry
snow peas for 2 minutes. Add scallops and stir fry 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and
soy sauce and stir fry 4 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
with sesame seeds if used. Serve immeiately.
