KathyCan's Salmon Patties

1 can boneless -- (6 oz) skinless pink salmon
1 egg -- slightly beaten
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons sour cream
3 plain pork rinds ground into dust
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well, shape into small 3" patties and fry til
golden brown in a little butter and canola oil. I made about 8
small patties.
I tried these tonight and loved them--NUMMY! Very satisfying and tasted
gourmet-good. They're good alone or with a tiny dab of either mayo or sour
cream.
