Crabs

2 cups crab meat -- canned or
fresh
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot sauce
1 pinch dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream
1/8 cup bell pepper -- chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
3 large eggs -- hard boiled
In a saucepan melt 3 tablespoons
butter and add flour--stir until
smooth. Put in the next 9 ingredients and slowly pour cream over
the top. Cook
over low heat until thickened. Cover and set aside. Fry pepper
in remaining
butter until soft. Combine with sauce then add minced onion,
finely
smashed egg and crabmeat. Season to taste with S/P. Press into
greased
crabshells or ramekins and sprinkle lightly with crushed pork
rinds. Bake at 425
degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
