Easiest salmon sauce

Take one 200g pack of herb and
garlic creamcheese and place in a
microwavable dish....using the empty tub as a measure put one
tub of water
in with the creamcheese and microwave ( stirring every 20seconds
) till
just starting to bubble. Stir and add any extra water
till it is the thickness you prefer. Add a twist of black
pepper and pour over salmon and veg...WONDERFUL!.
