Crab Dip Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe By : Unknown
Categories: Fish/Seafood

1 pound crab meat -- canned
1 pound cream cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic -- fresh (or more)
1 teaspoon powdered chinese mustard -- or more

Mix all well ( I use my electric mixer) and bake at 425 for fifteen minutes or until top gets bubbly browned.
We do this in small casseroles (2cup) that have lids so they can be refrigerated.
Eat with cucumber chips, small celery ssticks, the infamous porkrinds, or my favorite A SPOON.
Decadent delicious easy fun food this is really the stuffing for crab rangoon.
To make that you put a teaspoonful of dip in a wonton skin and deepfry or bake at same temp/time as dip..but wontons have
3-4grams of carb each. This makes the BEST mushroom stuffing you have ever had in your life!!!!! Great for parties.
You can halve the recipe if you can only find 6-8oz cups of refrigerated canned crab. Use good stuff. It makes a difference!
