24 hour salad

1 bag premixed salad greens
1/2 a sliced zucchini
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
light sprinkle of sugar substitute
1 teaspoon grated parmesan
Put salad, zucchini and celery
in bowl and cover with remaining
ingredients. Spread over salad to edges, cover for 2 hours.
before serving, top with crumbled bacon and crumbled hard cooked
eggs.
toss just before serving. (mayo mixture makes the dressing)
