Chicken Salad--The BEST

I made up this recipe, so I never use the same ingredients or amounts
each time I make it. Use how much you like!
(I l love it cooked in the crock-pot. It shreds beautifully!)
Shredded cheese (cheddar or co-jack)
Onion and chive cream cheese (1 or 2 T)
Parmesan cheese (a few shakes)
Lawry's seasoning salt
Sometimes I also add a few green onions, diced, and maybe olives or a
squirt of mustard for a different flavor. Great recipe to experiment
with! But don't make too much at once, the celery gets soft quickly!
