Garlicky Caesar Salad

3 cloves garlic -- (3 to 4)
4 anchovies
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 egg yolk
1 cup olive oil
Pepper to taste
romaine lettuce
Put garlic, anchovies, mustard, egg yolk, and vinegar & pepper
into food processor. Blend well. SLOWLY add olive oil (drizzle)
into mixture until finished. Mixture should be creamy.
Pour over Romaine with freshy grated parmesan cheese & bacon bits.
