Mock Potato Salad

Make egg salad as you would using egg, onion, mayonnaise, and/or
mustard. Add a little papprika, salt and pepper. Add diced celery
if you wish. Now instead of using potato, boil up some
caulliflower. When cooled add small chunks to egg salad mixture.
