Chicken Salad 2

12 1/2 ounces chicken breast
-- (1 can finely chopped, drain)
1/4 cup red onion -- finely chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper -- red, green and yellow, finely chopped
1/4 cup greek olives -- chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- chunks to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise -- depending on desired consistency
1/8 cup ranch salad dressing -- or less (1 carb per tablespoon
variety)
Mix ingredients together. Can
be enjoyed alone or on a bed of lettuce.
