Chicken Caesar Salad

one grilled or blackened chicken
breast -- cut into strips or chunks (great for those leftover
pieces!)
2 cups romaine lettuce -- rinsed and chopped
2 tablespoons Classic Ceasar dressing (Kraft has <1 gram in
2 tblsp)
fresh grated Parmesan cheese (buy yourself a grater and the real
stuff...you'll thank yourself!)
Put the romaine, dressing, and
cheese in a Tupperware bowl with a lid.
Shake until dressing is thoroughly mixed in. Dump into serving
salad dish and
top with the chicken and...what the heck, some more freshly grated
parmesan
You can substitute the chicken with boiled or grilled shrimp
or even
strips of sirloin is great!! Very tasty and satisying meal for
under 5 grams!!
