Chad's Ceasar Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic -- pressed
2 teaspoons artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley -- crumbled
1. Combine ingredients in a medium
bowl.
2. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients.
3. Chill for several hours so flavors can develop.
