Cauliflower Confetti Salad

1 cup cauliflower flowerets
1/2 cup radish slices -- thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon splenda -- or your choice
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine veggies in a bowl. In a small bowl mix the the rest
of the ingredients. Add to the veggie mix and stir well.
Chill overnight.
