Buttermilk Salad Dressing and Dip

1 quart mayonnaise
1 quart buttermilk
1 teaspoon Onion salt
2 teaspoons Accent
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons Guar Gum (for thickening)
Mix all together and refrigerate for at least 4
hours to let flavors blend. When I got this recipe,
it was before Ranch Dressing and it was used by my
children to top almost everthing. They would have
tried it on ice cream if I had not objected loudly.
