Awesome, Easy Refrigerator Layered Salad

Recipe By: Julie
Categories: Salads

1 bag pre-made salad mix
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup sliced red onion
1 cup frozen peas -- thawed
3 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped (optional)
2 packs artificial sweetener
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
bacon bits -- to taste
salt & pepper to taste

In large bowl, layer 1/3 of the salad greens and top w/ 1T of
mayonnaise (in several little dollops). Sprinkle 1/3 of the
artificial sweetener and a dash of salt and pepper. Add 1/3 of
the peas, 1/3 of the onion, 1/3 of the swiss cheese. Repeat
these layers two more times. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours
(okay overnight but the lettuce gets a little wilty). Before
serving, top w/ bacon bits and eggs; toss and serve. Delicious!
