Carmen's Easy Soy Glaze Chicken
Recipe By: kfort
Categories: Chicken/Poultry/Eggs
skinless boneless chicken breast
Soy Sauce
Butter
Water
Adobo seasoning -- other seasonings
Okay, this recipe is ridiculously easy. All you do is put a bit of
water(about half a cup) in a frying pan and toss a nice lean chicken
breast in there, along with a tablespoon or so of butter to richen
it up a little bit. Once the water starts to bubble and boil off,
shake in some soy sauce (the soy sauce is the key to all this.) I
usually shake the bottle 5-10 times. It's up to you. Now, after the
water boils off, the soy sauce will begin to caramalize in the
bottom of the frying pan, creating a glaze. You want to make sure
you push the chicken around in this and get as much on there as you
can. When the chicken is almost done, go ahead and sprinkle some
Adobo on there, or maybe some salt or pepper. However, be careful
because soy sauce is pretty salty alone, so you may not need anymore
seasonings. Enjoy!
