Lime Chicken with
Cream Sauce

chicken breasts -- skinless and
boneless.
diet lime soda
sour cream
Sautee' the chicken breasts in
olive oil until browned on both sides.
Pour in enough lime soda to cover
the chicken; cover the pan and let
simmer until chicken is done.
Remove chicken. Reduce liquid
to 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup.
Add enough sour cream to liquid
to thicken it and let flavors meld.
Pour over chicken and serve.
