Chicken a la Jan

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese -- grated
1/4 cup chives
1/2 pound bacon -- cooked and chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Soften cream cheese and mix well with mozzarella, chives &
bacon.
Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Flatten out. (You could use
a mallet but I didn't)
Spoon 'blob' (that's a technical culinary term) of filling onto
each chicken breast and wrap, securing with a toothpick or two.
(Don't worry about securing the ends - if there is some leakage
it makes a sauce to spoon over after cooking.)
Place on ungreased pan and sprinkle
with parmesan or romano cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
