Chicken Breast in Hot Cocktail-Like Sauce

1 chicken breast
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
1 tablespoon tomato puree
garlic powder -- to taste
onion powder -- to taste
salt and pepper -- to taste
artificial sweetener -- to taste
1/2 cucumber -- diced

Dice up one chicken breast.

Combine three tblsp cottage chese (Low-fat if desired) with 1 heaped tblsp tomato puree and 1 heaped tblsp mayonnaise, garlic and onion powder to taste, as well as salt, pepper, and artificial sweetener to taste. It goes fine with some brandy or brandy flavour. Add chili paste or fresh hot peppers in desired quantity.

Dice up half a cucumber.

Now bake the chicken dices in hot oil, brown them, add the cucumber. Add salt and pepper. When Cucumber is getting done add the sauce. Let it cook. The protein from the cottage chese set out, looks ugly tastes great. Add more chilipaste if you want.
