1 package boneless chicken breasts
1/2 can tomato sauce (14.5 ounce)
1/4 pound provolone cheese
In a bowl, beat one egg. On a
plate, mix parmesan cheese and Italian
seasonings. Dip chicken breasts in egg and and coat with parmesan
mixture. Fry in oil until brown.
Place browned chicken in a baking
dish. Pour about 1/2 can of tomato
over the chicken(I used tomato sauce that had Italian seasonings
only had 3 carbs per 1/4 cup; 21 carbs for entire can). Place
cheese on top of sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 30
