Carrie's Chili Relleno

1 pound Ground Turkey
5 Eggs
7 ounces green chili peppers -- diced
2 tablespoons salsa -- picante hot sauce
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 cup Jack cheese
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
In casserole dish spread the diced green chilies along
bottom. Mix jack cheese and cooked turkey and spread on
top of Green chilis. In separate bowl beat eggs, whipping
cream, and hot sauce, add mixture to casserole. Add
cheddar cheese to top of dish. Cover and cook at 375 F
for 50 minutes.
