Bumpy's Buttnekkid Chicken

Boneless chicken thighs (however many you want)
Bacon and/or the drippings
Seasoning (salt/pepper -- garlic salt)
Fry the bacon or scoop out your drippings. If you fry the bacon first,
eat it with the chicken...yummy. Or of course, crumble it for a salad,
etc. Fry the thighs (I wouldn't use the breast meat here, it will dry
out). Sprinkle on the seasonings. FRY FRY FRY...that's it. I fry these
boogers till they're major brown and crispy on the outside. This is
really good to be so simple (for those lazy days you're too tired or
lazy to crush pork rinds or almonds). I also dip it in sour cream or
ranch dressing when I'm eating them. But even plain, they're great. Enjoy.
