Chocolate Ice Cream
(Ice Cream Maker)

1 Cup half and half
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 Egg Yolks
1/4 Cup Splenda
Place ingredients in blender
and blend on low speed for about 10
seconds to mix everything up good. Pour into an electric ice
cream maker and mix
until frozen (about 15 minutes). Serve immediately, or place
in freezer for
10 minutes to harden more. Makes 2 servings.
