Chocolate Heaven

Cake:
5 eggs
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares
8 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoons not sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sauce:
1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate square
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 packages artificial sweetener
Preheat oven 350 F. Grease 8"
springform pan. Separate eggs and bring to room temp. Melt choc.
and butter in microwave or on top of double boiler. Beat egg
whites til stiff. In separate bowl beat yolks, Splenda, Not Sugar
and vanilla. Add choc. mixture, then almond flour. Gently fold
into egg whites.
Pour into pan and bake 20 - 25
mins.[center will spring back when touched]
Cool 10 min. and remove ring. To make sauce melt choc., stir
in cream, vanilla and Splenda. Slice cake and pour sauce on top.
This is very rich and satisfying. Even better with a little whipped
cream on top. Keep refrigerated. I micro a slice about 20 secs.

Also - recipe directions for cake state to mix not sugar and
splenda, but no amounts for splenda were given in the cake portion?
