Chocolate Frosting

1 package sugar free instant
pudding mix -- vanilla or chocolate
8 ounces cream cheese -- or mascarpone
1 cup heavy cream
6 teaspoons splenda -- 3 packets
half and half to thin enough to make spreadable if needed
Whip mascarpone or cream cheese
in food processor or with electric mixer til smooth.
Add cream and mix again briefly. Add pudding mix and AS and
mix well.
Add half and half in 1/2 tspn. amounts if needed. Makes enough
for 2 batches of cupcakes
(if it lasts until the second batch gets baked.)
Great Frosting for the Chocolate Cupcakes!
