Cappucino Ice Cream

2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
10 each equal packets -- it's best for ice cream
1 dash salt
1 cup espresso coffee -- ice cold (or strong coffee, decaf if desired)
2 cups heavy cream -- cold
flavored coffee syrups to taste (optional)
Blend well with electric mixer: eggs, vanilla, equal, salt.
You can add more equal to your taste. Add espresso and stir
with spoon. Add cream and mix thoroughly with spoon; don't
blend cream too much. (Otherwise you'll have whipped cream)
Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions
for your machine. You can also add flavored suger-free
coffe syrups of your choice - experiment!
