Berry Mousse
Recipe By: Ariel's Grammy
Categories: Desserts
1 pint heavy cream -- cold
1/4 cup Splenda -- or to taste
1 cup berries
Put the cream in a deep bowl. Using an electric mixer, set it on high
and beat the cream. Add the Splenda and berries as you
mix. Beat the mixture until it is firm. Use your berry of choice,
depending on your taste. If you feel adventurous add a little cottage cheese for
a mock ambrosia. I haven't tried experimenting with freezing it
yet...hmmmm.
Maybe that's the next step :o) There
is no exact science to this recipe. Experiment and let me know if
you have other ideas for it! Bon appetite and happy low carb eating.
