8 ounces Cream Cheese - room
temp. -- (1 package)
1 Container Cool Whip -- (not the large one)
Equal -- add to your desired sweetness
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract -- or other Extract
Beat everything together until
blended well.
Place back in Cool Whip container & refrigerate.
Once chilled, spoon on top of jello, blueberries,
etc., or just eat a spoonful to satisfy that sweet
craving. Kids love it too on pound cake as a frosting!
